Terms of service

Klybrix (test stand) provides an online service for running sports clubs ("the service"). These terms apply between Klybrix (test stand) and the club that opens an account ("the club"), represented by its owner.

The service

The club gets a club website, an admin panel, a web cabinet and the mobile app for its staff, members and their families, with the limits and features of its plan. Plans and prices are listed on the website; a free plan may be offered with lower limits.

The club's responsibilities

  • The club decides whose data it keeps and why, and is the controller of that personal data. Klybrix (test stand) processes it on the club's behalf under the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
  • The club has the consent of parents or guardians where the law requires it, and keeps its owner's login safe.
  • The club does not use the service for unlawful content, spam or anything that harms other clubs or the service.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through the payment provider shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. A plan that is not paid falls back to the free plan's limits after a grace period. Fees members pay to the club online go to the club's own payment account; Klybrix (test stand) may keep a disclosed service fee.

Closing an account and data

The owner can export all of the club's data at any time and close the club in the admin panel. A closed club can be reopened for 30 days; after that its data and files are erased. Sign-ups whose email address is never confirmed are erased after 7 days. Klybrix (test stand) may suspend a club that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Klybrix (test stand)'s liability is limited to the fees the club paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
